At Ottawa Personal Trainers our goal is to help you reach your goal of health and fitness.  We help keep you accountable for your progress through an enjoyable exercise program and nutritional guidance.

If you are ready to begin, contact us for a free personal training consultation session.  We can do this at a gym or even over the telephone.  This is the time for you to let us know your personal goals and any health issues.  We will work with you to develop the correct program for your needs and then keep you on track to achieve your goals.

Programs

We begin with a consultation with one of our lead trainers. After we listen to you describe your background and current condition as well as goals, we design a plan that is for your unique situation.

We will assign you to the trainer that most fits your needs and personality. We currently work with people who simply want to break through a plateau, those who just want to achieve a specific aesthetic, or need a complete program from scratch. We have the best instructor at a price that will fit into your budget.

Trainers

We hire some of the most educated, experienced and diverse instructors. We offer continuing education and professional development workshops so that our staff will remain on the cutting edge of this industry.

Some of the specialties include calisthenics, bodybuilding, boxing, power lifting, HIIT, and, of course, weight loss.

Facilities

We have a private gym that is fully equipped with a full range of equipment including a rig with Olympic barbells, cardio equipment, weights, elastics, foam rollers and many others.

Outside your personal sessions, you are welcome to the use of our facilities where you will work out next to our trainers themselves.

    Committing to a fitness program also involves deciding where to go to exercise and how you want your training to progress.  Our private gym/studio is designed specifically for those of our clients who are working directly with our certified personal trainers.  There are some definite advantages to working out at a private facility.
