We have found that the best regimen involves working out for five days per week and allowing two days for rest and rejuvenation. If you have a few stubborn pounds that just won’t leave, or to achieve toning, we recommend a combination of cardio and resistance training plus some low and some high intensity exercises.
Good Fitness Routine
A good fitness routine should include low intensity exercises like swimming, jogging, power walking and cycling. These will keep you lean and burn fat. High intensity exercises are weight training, interval training, sprinting and long distance running. These build muscles and tone the core, arms and legs.
