Partner training, or semi-private training, is when you share the workout with another person along with splitting the cost. You can choose to work out with a spouse, partner, friend, or family member. It has been found to give the individuals greater motivation and encouragement during the process
These programs can include:

If you are interested in partner training but don’t have anyone in mind, let us know. We will check our records to see if there is someone at your same level and with similar goals with whom we can set up a schedule convenient to all parties.

- Motivation – Both parties seem to motivate each other to keep the scheduled appointments. It is also a stimulus to keep at it and encouragement to reach goals.

- Price – Splitting the cost gives you the benefits of a personal trainer at a much lower cost.
- Someone to Spot for You – Working out with someone you are familiar with has the advantage of that other person being able to spot for you on some weight exercises. It also helps you maintain good form and to achieve greater results.
- Burn More Calories – Studies have shown that people who workout with a friend burn about 40 more calories per session than those who work alone.
There is also a friendly competitiveness that seems to arise that encourages the partners to work out regularly and more effectively.
