Professional Injury Recovery Methods
At Ottawa Personal Trainers we have developed programs specific to injury and illness rehabilitation. We focus on strengthening the damaged areas and instruction on how best to proceed in the future.
We first complete an assessment of any injuries, conditions, or physical restrictions. These can come from accidents, sports injuries, improper fitness routines, general wear and tear, or specific conditions. With this assessment in hand we can develop a program that targets those areas along with general exercise and fitness. We are motivators and encourage your progress at every session.
