Group Fitness Classes

Ottawa Personal Trainers offer small group fitness classes. They are taught by experienced and entertaining instructors within our state-of-the-art gym. Classes are 2 to 4 individuals at the same or similar levels of fitness and who share the same goals.

 They are intended to:
