Skating Treadmill – Strength, Power, Endurance, Efficiency, Development

The most common challenge in youth hockey is how to skate faster.

Need increased speed

Slowing down when they get the puck
9
Inconsistent skating
9
Desire to improve speed under pressure

Even the most naturally fast skaters may find they are unnecessarily slowing down or showing some inconsistencies. We have found that a skating treadmill is the best way to improve speed and consistency. Plus, the kids love it.

About the Hockey Treadmill Training

This process teaches athletes to use the same physical movements, muscle use, and skill sets as are used in on-ice skating.

It helps players increase balance, speed and acceleration while strengthening key lower body hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors and quads.

Who is the Skating Treadmill right for?

We recommend the skating treadmill for children ages 7 to 13 and is suitable for all levels of play.
