How It Works
Flexibility is the ability for a body part to move through its complete range of motion. This is frequently overlooked by the average person.
Joint flexibility is vital to the maintenance of pain-free and independent movement.

The Process
Most activities of daily living require some degree of flexibility from the simple act of getting out of bed, vacuuming, moving items from one place to another, gardening, etc. If flexibility is not properly maintained, there can be a decrease in mobility and possibly bone deterioration. Other benefits include better posture, decreased back pain, and lower risk of injury.
After the muscles have been sufficiently warmed up, flexibility exercises can begin. You can do these exercises 5 to 7 days per week.
