SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

We have a program especially designed for athletes including teams. We can design a program with a specific sport in mind that will give you the edge you are looking for in competitions and in improving personal performances.

These trainers know how to target the functional movements for the specific sport or a range of activities. We understand how to improve weaknesses, decrease the risk of injury, and to build the power and stamina necessary to perform well.

Younger athletes need special guidance to develop the correct techniques. We offer this along with nutrition counseling to help them maintain optimum performance.

          We understand the importance of rest between sessions to allow the body to regroup and avoid overtraining. Overtraining actually has a negative impact on performance and can lead to injuries.

          While training is serious, it should also be enjoyable. This will keep people interested and relaxed to maintain morale.

          Careful attention is given to designing the sessions so that they are neither too difficult nor too easy. We gear them to the appropriate levels to continue improvement but avoiding injury or frustration.
